3 Quick and Easy Vrat Recipes for Navratri 2026

Navratri is the celebration of the triumph of good over evil. This festival connects us with
food through fasting (vrat), and regional culinary traditions that honour the divine feminine
while resetting the digestive system during seasonal transition. During this period, a lot of
devotees observe fasts, embracing sattvic food that not only fills your stomach but your soul
too.
Deciding what to eat becomes a task and will take more effort than expected. With the right
healthy Navratri Fasting recipes, you can enjoy wholesome, home-cooked, delicious meals
that keep your energy high throughout the day.
Cooking satvik food during festivals can be challenging, especially when dishes like
sabudana stick to the pan, making cleanup tedious. Don’t let the hassle of cooking and
cleaning take away from the joy of celebrating. Cooking in stainless steel locks in the flavour,
nutrition, and purity, making your vrat both divine and delightful.
With Sumeet Cookware, you can make everyday festive cooking more convenient.
